WHAT IS ENERGY HEALING?
People have many things to say about energy healing; some praise it while others demonize it. So, what exactly is it? Although you can find scientific information to support energy healing if you want or need it, I am not a physicist so I will explain from an experiential standpoint instead.
You are an electrical being, your body has a frequency. If your heart stops, you are brought back with an electrical charge to the chest, hopefully. Music affects your mood, it’s the frequency that creates a calming or a disturbance. Each physical object, living or not, has a vibration. Trees communicate with each other at great distances despite not being connected at the root. The moon affects the tides, and despite the skeptics, because you are water and vibration, the moon is affecting you too. Radio waves have been affecting us since their inception to varying degrees, some are able to evolve and adjust naturally and some cannot handle the change.
Even though so many fear energy healing or believe you cannot be more than what meets the eye, having a vibrational frequency is part of your human experience. The great thing is we adapt because that is part of the human experience too, but sometimes we need help to see and shift as we grow which is why energy healing with someone is important. There is so much more beyond the mind and body that clearing the mind and shifting the frequency is the only way to understand the things we cannot see but know within.
Reiki and acupuncture are probably the modalities you’ve heard of most, but there are so many other forms like Quantum Touch, Quantum Energy, Cranial Sacral, NET, EFT and the list goes on. I’ve experienced all of the above and with varying practitioners, and each has had vastly different outcomes, some appearing to have no effect and some profound.
Energy Healing has been used for centuries. It is not a new thing but the western analytical mind that cannot understand beyond the ego needs to grasp something tangible, though limited, to satisfy itself, and it searches for logical proof. Eastern cultures have never stopped using energy healing, it is a natural part of their healing largely accepted. I would even argue that Jesus’ laying on of hands is actually what we are referencing as energy healing. He shifted your frequency and went on to say, “Sin no more”. It’s the thoughts, beliefs and behaviors in pure ego out of alignment with God that cause the problems in the body. When you let go of the ego you come back to the natural state of wholeness where sickness and struggle do not live; the mind creates the struggle and changing the mind shifts your understanding of what is.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF INTUITIVE HEALING?
First know that you are completely in charge of what happens in a session. Though consciously you may feel in the dark, subconsciously, nothing will happen beyond your permission. It is a safe space, and nothing leaves the room unless you share it.
The intensity of your session is based on you. Some issues you are ready to release may come as profound experiences within your session. Some other issues that you may have been holding for a lifetime, might be released in layers and feel less intense. Everyone’s circumstances are different, and every session will vary based on where you are and what you are ready to surrender. The session is uniquely yours.
Sessions are approximately 1 hour with notes provided afterward. Below are some things that may happen:
- Deep relaxation and a peaceful mind within your session and practical tools given to help you continue this state each day.
- Clearer mind and sight. Learn to release the mind, create a greater connection to your intuition, and surrender the ego.
- Shift your frequency by releasing anchored thought patterns and old programs that sabotage your life. Changing your frequency will change your external world experience and what it mirrors to you. What resonated before may no longer resonate and new things may flow more easily to you.
- A better understanding of your physical body; gaining new insight into the cause of unwanted weight, physical pain or ailments that are negatively affecting your life.
- A deeper connection to you and your purpose in this life: love, peace, joy, wholeness, abundance and freedom already exist, in a session we continue to clear the mind and let go of thought preventing you from these experiences.
WHERE DOES THE ENERGY COME FROM?
Through my years of experience both giving and receiving energy healing, I can assure you it is not a new age, woo-woo voodoo practice. It doesn’t necessarily come from anywhere but your own field of energy, though it is tied to everything. Some even fear the devil is involved, though it can, energy healing does not have to involve any type of spiritual component at all, it is simply a technique to shift your frequency and clear old beliefs created from your life's experience and to let go of patterns that do not fully allow you love, abundance, peace and joy in your life.
Can spirituality be involved? Yes, and when I work on someone it is, but it is not necessary for a positive experience. Shifting your frequency can be done regardless of your belief, your frequency is a product of beliefs you carry within your energy field and can be changed by any of the modalities listed above. I am not pulling energy from anywhere nor am I taking it from you. I am simply ‘rearranging’ it, so you attract new things into your life and release the old.
